Pepperl+Fuchs is a globally renowned specialist for operator control and monitoring in hazardous areas. The EXTEC product range offers a broad spectrum of visualization and HMI solutions - from simple text panels through graphic panels and panel PCs to PC operator terminals. The range is rounded off by a full range of accessory components for customized solutions. VisuNet GMP - VisuNet GMP industrial computers, monitors and remote monitor systems feature surfaces and housing designs optimized to prevent the accumulation of dirt and fluids, in conformance with GMP guidelines.
VisuNet - VisuNet integrates all the benefits of a modern network infrastructure, based on standard Ethernet components. It consists of remote monitor stations, panel-PC solutions and a flexibly configurable option box for power supply and network components. It can be installed in zones 1 and 21.
Industrial PCs - iPC-EX - Various 15" and 18" PC operator terminals with a keyboard and mouse, touchscreen and industry-standard stainless steel case for use in hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2 and 22).
Panel PCs - VISUEX - Panel PC for hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2 and 22) with a standard ETHERNET network connection. PC-compatible, suitable for PC operating systems such as Windows XP, 2000, Linux etc. as well as PC visualization packages, SCADA systems, soft PLCs and other PC based applications.
Operator panels - TERMEX - Intrinsically safe text and graphic panels for hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2 and 22), with monochrome LC display for PLC and computer based operation of plant and machines in hazardous areas.
Intrinsically safe barcode readers - SCANEX - Intrinsically safe barcode reading systems for hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2 and 22). Handheld readers, mobile radio scanners and miniature scanners.
Intrinsically safe PC keyboards - TASTEX - Intrinsically safe PC keyboards, with or without an integrated trackball or touchpad mouse, for use in hazardous areas (Zones 1, 2 and 22).
