A Level Higher - The New VariKont®

Our previous VariKont® sensor already excelled in providing robust reliability even under the most extreme conditions and applications. We've provided a real highlight with the new VariKont® sensor. The VariKont® has been perfected both inside and out.

No matter where the new VariKont® is put into service – due to its patented 4 corner L.E.D's it guarantees complete all-round visibility and monitoring of its operating and switching state from any angle. This puts it into a completely new light.

Systems of any kind can be planned, serviced and monitored with even less stress for the technician in every possible respect. All switching distances are available in a compact design. Due to the advanced and innovative technology of Pepperl+Fuchs, you can now also have the new VariKont® sensor with optional reduction factor 1.

The areas of application are almost unlimited. We have increased the integrity and robustness of the housing to protection category IP69K – this makes the new VariKont® sensor significantly more weather resistant, waterproof, heat resistant and impact-proof. With an improved UV resistance it is also less sensitive to intensive sunlight exposure.

It's optimized Electro-Magnetic Compatibility (EMC) reduces sensitivity of the new VariKont® sensor to external interferences.

The guaranteed freedom from stress is also evident when removing and installing the new VariKont® sensor: You only need to replace the existing upper part and can continue using the existing cabling in the base without any problems. It really couldn't be simpler.
