The NRB12-18GM40-E2-V1 sensor
With NRB12, the new member of the family of reduction factor 1 sensors from Pepperl+Fuchs, the optimal coupling setting between sender and receiver coil guarantees highest sensing distances and material-independent detection of all metals. The main component of the new reduction factor 1 sensor NRB12 is the print-coil system, which is comprised of a sender coil and a receiver coil. The downstream connected oscillator evaluates the coupling of both coils.
The output signal of the oscillator is processed by means of an amplifier and forwarded to the end stage group, which makes the desired output signal available to you.
The print-coils are butt soldered to the electric circuit board, the coil is then protected by means of a cup and installed in a stainless steel sleeve
