Ex px Purge System
Our Pepperl+Fuchs Bebco EPS Ex px purge system reduces the classification within the protected enclosure from Zone 1/ Zone 21 to non-hazardous. General-purpose equipment can be operated within the protected enclosure.
Note: Vents are required for all purge enclosures.
Our Ex px purge system is designed according to European requirements- ATEX directive 94/9/EG, EN60079-2 and EN61241-4. European protection methods allow multiple techniques to be used when designing hazardous area equipment.
6000 Series Ex px Purge System- The 6000 series is a Rapid Exchange® Type X, Ex px purging system. The Ex px purge system reduces the classification within the protected enclosure from Zone 1/ Zone 21 to non-hazardous.
