How to join us?
Start your professional career in the form of direct employment with Pepperl+Fuchs and take up responsibility for an interesting task right from the start. You will be carefully prepared for it. Your training period will be tailored to you, a wide range of further education will be offered to you and there will be a tutor to “adopt” you and who will supply you with really useful information about the company.

You will also be offered the opportunity to start as a trainee in our business group. While you are dealing with interesting projects you will be introduced to various areas of activities and you will only then decide in which field of business you will later work. It is a matter of course that you will receive active support from competent colleagues.

Which are the main qualifications that we are looking for?
As technology is a priority with Pepperl+Fuchs, engineers in the fields of electrical engineering and telecommunication have the best qualifications to receive employment. We do, however, also give graduates in related subject areas as e.g. physics and industrial engineering a chance. Please look for further information in our current list of vacant positions.

What will we expect from you?
Apart from being personally suitable for the position we expect the applicants to produce good results after having completed their studies. You should also have gained practical experience, ideally during a period of practical training abroad.
