Job Description

You will report to the Technical Manager (Sensoric) of the Manufacturing Division and you will be the key communication link between both local and overseas R&D and the production team.

• Ensure smooth and efficient product transfer, pilot run of new designs, as well as timely production of Y-versions, so as to secure customer satisfaction
• Effective planning, coordination and control with internal departments and external suppliers to meet product roadmap and test requirements
• Identify and develop improvements in costs, design and manufacturing processes

Experience+Skills Required

Professional / technical skills

• Working experience in product engineering or R&D
• Experience in failure analysis and process engineering areas with knowledge of inductive products would be an added advantage
• Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

Personal skills

• Has strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead a team
• A proactive team player with lots of drive, initiative and resourcefulness
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
