New Narrow H-System Termination Board for Honeywell
Our termination board is developed for Honeywell's C300 and Safety Manager Systems
Pepperl+Fuchs has developed a new narrow Intrinsic Safety H-System Termination Board for Honeywell's C300 and Safety Manager Systems.
Pepperl+Fuchs and Honeywell Process Solutions have worked closely to develop a new narrow intrinsic safety termination board. The new H-System termination boards use the H-System interface modules and connect directly to the Honeywell controllers using a system cable. The H-System (interface) modules provide very low heat dissipation, which eliminates the need for cooling fans. The reduced width allows the termination boards to fit into two rows of a standard cabinet, with enough space for all the field wiring.

Functional testing for use with Honeywell's C300 and Safety Manager Systems is underway and will be complete soon. Prototypes will be shown at the Honeywell Users Groups in June and August. Pepperl+Fuchs has already discussed these new solutions with positive feedback on many of Honeywell's upcoming projects.
Honeywell and their customers are anxiously awaiting the release of the new termination board. Pepperl+Fuchs anticipates this product will be available in the 3rd quarter, 2008. Upon release, the Honeywell web portal will be updated and a formal announcement will be made throughout Pepperl+Fuchs and Honeywell.
