RFID for Maximum Efficiency

Increased productivity and reliable processes

In the field of intralogistics, efficiency is the number one priority. Goods have to be distributed quickly and reliably, and forwarded to their intended destination without any allocation errors. The new generation of F190 UHF read/write head opens up a wealth of opportunities for the logistics sector and the automotive industry.

F190 – compact and versatile
The compact F190 impresses with a typical read range of 0.2 up to 1.5 meters. With its robust technology, it can be used in a wide range of applications and withstands the most adverse environmental conditions. And because the F190 is compatible with the entire IDENTControl product family, it’s easy to simplify the integration of UHF into your processes.

Multi-tag reading for more efficiency
Several products in a container can be detected at the same time using multi-tag reading. This reduces complexity and processing time simultaneously.

Particularly cost-efficient UHF-labels are directly attached to the products. When these UHF labels move into the read field of the F190, the label information is transmitted to the read head and then to the IDENTControl interface. Where previously the data was transmitted for each tag individually, the F190 transmits data in bundles. This enables information from up to 40 tags to be transmitted to the read head in a single step.

The F190 read/write head makes it possible to read tags simultaneously in a bundled format which reduces communication overhead and increases efficiency.

Selective read range for safe processes
In the automotive industry, productivity and reliability take top priority. Numerous production steps are carried out simultaneously, within the tightest of spaces. The selective read range of the F190 is easily fine-tuned to eliminate any influence from nearby processes.

The write function of the F190 allows you to modify the information on the tags for downstream production steps. The read/write head controls the process for assembling car bodies using the relevant parts intended for the model in question. Multiple tags provide the crucial data to the production control system so that proper parts are used and assembled on each vehicle.

The F190 read/write head receives crucial data about the model, color, and individual components such as seats or tires via a tag on the car body. Thus, the read/write head directs the vehicles to the right station.
