Pepperl+Fuchs invites you to its second Online Summit. Register now free of charge to gain access to the fully digital event, which will be held on November 17–19, 2020. The format will be conceptually similar to that of the pilot event held in July, and the focus remains "Your Future Automation"; however, this event will address new sub-topics. Particular focus will be placed on the increasing integration of Operation Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).
To reflect the focus on the increasing integration of OT and IT, each day of the event will be dedicated to one of the three main subject areas. These will be presented in keynotes, presentations, and panel discussions among experts from Pepperl+Fuchs and its partner companies:
A chat function will allow attendees to submit questions to be answered by the experts at Pepperl+Fuchs and its partner companies. Extra content such as technical white papers, videos, and presentations will be made available on the online platform, and further materials will be uploaded after the event. This provides attendees with added value beyond the content of the live event.
To enable anyone to attend regardless of their location or time zone, all content will be provided in both German and English, and presented in both the morning and afternoon.
Stephan Schumacher, Product Management Cluster Intralogistics, Bosch Connected Industry:
"Thank you very much for the professional organization of the event and for the fact that we were able to present the intelligent supermarket. Thanks to the agile development approach, we were able to present a first prototype together with Pepperl+Fuchs and Neoception within a short period of time, which we were able to adapt iteratively and specifically to customer requirements. From our point of view, the intelligent supermarket is an essential "enabler" for further optimization in the field of intralogistics."
Gerd Niedermayer, Senior E+I Engineering Manager, BASF SE:
"My impression was that the event was very well planned and focused on interesting topics what will be relevant for the future. I was also quite impressed by the global reach and large, interested group of participants. Congratulations on this successful event."
Michael Vees, Sales Director DACH, montratec GmbH:
"During my stay in Mannheim, I felt very comfortable and safe. […] The day (and certainly the entire event) was very professionally organized and structured in the course of the day. From the premises to the film crew with the equipment to the extremely pleasant atmosphere. I felt part of the whole thing every second."
Benedikt Rauscher, Manager Global IoT / Industry 4.0 Projects, Pepperl+Fuchs SE:
"I found the Online Summit totally exciting. As a listener, you can take part in such an event enormously effectively without having to travel and listen to all the presentations you are interested in in a much more relaxed and undisturbed way."
