This isolated barrier is used for intrinsic safety applications.
The device supplies power to solenoids, LEDs and audible alarms located in a hazardous area.
It is controlled via a logic signal.
At full load, 16 V at 18 mA is available for the hazardous area application.
The auxilliary supply of the solenoid driver can be activated with a control safe module per channel. A safety circuit is the result in this case.
