- Connects the Remote Process Interface to the control system/PLC/PC via ControlNet
- Couples the internal CAN bus to the external ControlNet
- Device installation in Zone 2
- Master function for the internal CAN bus
- External bus: ControlNet
- External baud rate 5 MBd
- Separate service connection independent of the PCS or PLC through RS 485 interface in addition to ControlNet connection
- 24 V DC supply voltage
- External bus is always media-redundant
- Redundant gateway possible
