As its name says, the modular VisuNet FLX HMI platform from Pepperl+Fuchs stands for maximum flexibility. Whether remote or direct monitor, industrial or box PC: The series offers various HMI systems and solutions for a wide range of applications and installation requirements in ATEX/IECEx Zone 2/22 and non-Ex areas. The modular "one-fits-all" design allows for the precise configuration of your HMI solution and enables easy and quick adaptation in the field.

Depending on your industry and application, you can choose between stainless-steel and aluminum housings and add a range of optional peripherals and accessories. Different display sizes also allow a high degree of flexibility for panel mounting. If our preconfigured FLX HMIs that are quickly available do not fit your needs, let our global Solution Engineering Centers (SEC) design a fully customized solution based on FLX for you.

VisuNet FLX rozsdamentes acél

A VisuNet FLX sorozatot kifejezetten a petrolkémiai és a gyógyszeriparban történő felhasználásra fejlesztették ki. A kezelői állomások támogatják az alkalmazottakat az ilyen folyamatok manuális lépéseinek elvégzésében. A Zóna 2/22. minősítésnek köszönhetően a platform olyan területeken kínál megoldást, ahol potenciálisan robbanásveszélyes anyagok szállítása és töltése történik. A rozsdamentes acélból készült házak speciális felületkezelésük miatt könnyen megfelelnek a GMP előírásoknak. Különösen könnyen tisztíthatók és ellenállnak az agresszív és korrozív anyagoknak. Az opcionális RFID olvasó közvetlenül a házba integrálható.

VisuNet FLX kiterjesztett hőmérséklet

Olyan beltéri és kültéri alkalmazások esetén, ahol -20 és +50 °C közötti tág hőmérsékleti tartományban kell helytállni, a VisuNet FLX sorozat tengeri körülmények közé tervezett alumínium háza ideális. A strapabíró ház nem csak az optimális hőleadást biztosítja, hanem a nagyfokú ellenálló-képességet is. További napvédők csatlakoztathatók az oldalakhoz, a felső élhez és a hátsó burkolathoz, szükség szerint. Ezek védelmet nyújtanak az eső és egyéb környezeti behatások ellen is. Ezekkel a fejlesztésekkel a VisuNet FLX sorozat ellenáll a zord környezeti körülményeknek, és kültéren is használható.

Worldwide Solution Competence

At market launch, we already have a wide range of preconfigured VisuNet FLX solutions available for you as "Preferred Products", covering a large part of common industrial applications. However, if you have any further individual customization requirements, you can rely entirely on our Solution Engineering Centers (SEC). Here we create and manufacture HMI solutions all over the world.

For example, a large selection of already qualified pushbuttons is available for individual solution design. Solutions for dual monitor or mobile applications are also already included in the design of the VisuNet FLX series and can be manufactured individually if required.
