Code Reader OPC120P Is the Perfect Solution for Reflective Surfaces and High-Speeds

High-performance code reader for a broad range of applications

Code Reader OPC120P
Code reader OPC120P – ideally suited for reflective surfaces and high-speed applications
The new OPC120P code reader is equipped with unique polarization filter lighting, enabling reliable code reading on highly reflective surfaces, such as metal, plastic, PCBs, and curved surfaces. A large depth of focus ensures reliable operation over a long distance range without the need for parameter changes or mechanical adjustments. The OPC120P is ideally suited to a broad range of applications.

High movement speeds

The code reader can be used for high-speed applications of up to 10 m/s and high pulse frequencies of up to 100 readings simultaneously. Additional features – such as a rotary encoder input for path-synchronous reading, plus a function for reading barcodes up to 200 mm in length through multiple image capture – make this code reader unique.

Convincing functions – print presence detection, multi-window and logo comparison

The print presence detection checks changing structures, ensuring that required production data, serial numbers, and expiration date details are in place. With logo comparison, the presence and correct positioning of logos are verified. In the multi-window mode, the read range is divided into four fields, which are then detected and evaluated separately. With a single step, codes are read and compared, and the presence of logos and print is checked.
