The vibration sensors by Pepperl+Fuchs feature a particularly large measuring range capable of measuring vibrations of up to 128 mm/second. Equipped with a rugged compact housing and encapsulated electronics, they offer maintenance-free operation and a long service life. The sensors come with analog or with IO-Link interfaces—and with global approvals for hazardous areas up to Zone 1/21 and Div. 2 as well as functional safety certification up to SIL 2/PL d.

The comprehensive integrated vision tool set of the VOS devices can be flexibly combined so that the most diverse automation tasks in the 2-D vision field can be solved with just one sensor. Due to the individual configuration options and evaluation methods, the universally applicable 2-D vision sensors of the VOS series can be integrated into numerous applications that usually require a complex vision system—with no need for additional software.

The VBG-EP1-KE5-DMD is a PROFINET / EtherNet/IP gateway for 2 AS-Interface networks according to AS-Interface specification 3.0. The gateway is used to connect AS-Interface systems to higher-level PROFINET controllers or to connect to an EtherNet/IP network. Thanks to its particularly slim housing design with IP20 protection, it is particularly suitable for use in control cabinets. The gateway is supplied either from the AS-Interface or the AUX cable.

All settings of the AS-Interface network are made via the RJ45 service interface and a standard web browser. For easy commissioning, the settings made can be stored on a micro SD card and transferred to other devices as required
