Corporate Compliance

Worldwide, Pepperl+Fuchs is known as a pioneer and innovator in the fields of explosion protection and sensor technology. Every day, several thousand employees work on automation solutions and reliable explosion protection for your plant. For our family business, a legally and ethically correct conduct as well as corporate social responsibility are a matter of course.

Our company can only be successful if we adhere to laws and regulations over the long term, follow our ethical principles, always treat our employees, customers, and suppliers fairly, and assume corporate responsibility. The prerequisite for this is that all employees and members of the Pepperl+Fuchs family must apply a sense of both economics and responsibility in everything they do. As well as adhering to all national and local statutory regulations as a matter of course, we therefore also adhere to the global Pepperl+Fuchs corporate standards, which are based on our own basic values and the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

Our principles are documented in the Code of Conduct, which is adopted from the German Electrical and Electronics Manufacturers’ Association (ZVEI), and our global Pepperl+Fuchs policies covering conflict-free sourcing, environmental protection, and corporate social responsibility. These guidelines apply to all Pepperl+Fuchs subsidiaries worldwide.
