Sheet Fed Printing

Pepperl+Fuchs offers a wide variety of sensors for your sheet fed printing applications.

Sheet fed presses use ultrasonic and photoelectric solutions to properly center the stack and monitor the stack height at the feeder. Insensitive to paper dust and vibration, miniature diffuse mode sensors securely align and detect sheets, even media with reflective surfaces and transparencies.

Ultrasonic sensor applications range from pallet detection and positioning, to reliable double sheet detection, and ink level measurement. All cylinders and parts are precisely detected and positioned by our inductive sensors and encoders.
