Pepperl+Fuchs offers robust laminate code rails made of tear-resistant polyester laminate or stainless steel code rails that are corrosion-resistant. For maximum flexibility, a WCS can also be mounted in horizontal and vertical curves using our code rail holders. Aluminium profiles in combination with the WCS guiding trolley guarantee optimum positioning of read heads and also protect them from vibrations. If an application has very long, straight lines and overhang installations, an Aluminium Profile System (WCS3) stabilises the code rails used over the entire length.
