Panel PC Zone 1

VisuNet Ex1 PC panel PCs are designed for operation in Zones 1 and 21 and hold are certified according to ATEX and IEC Ex. NEPSI and GOST R certifications are pending. The panel PC features a Pentium-M 1.8 GHz processor and 1 GB RAM. For central storage a a Solid State Disc (SSD) 16 GB is available. Ethernet communication is achieved by interfaces such as RS232 and USB. There is an integrated connection for the barcode scanner PowerScan.

The polyester membrane industrial keyboard, enclosure rating IP65, features 105 keys and is available in several langugages.

TFT industrial displays are available in three versions:

• 15", resolution 1024x768 dpi
• 15" high brightness, resolution 1024x768 dpi, light intensity of 600 cd/m²
• 19", resolution 1280x1024 dpi

For cursor movements there are several options:

• Mechanical trackball
• Touchpad
• Joystick

VisuNet Ex1 PC panel PC can be installed as shown below. All variants except for the wall bracket allow rotation or fixed mounting as well as tilt and swivel of the screen:

• Floor or table mounted on long or short pedestal
• Wall mounted on bracket or rotating support arm
• Ceiling mounted on support arm

The VisuNet Ex1 PC panel PC can be modified to the specific needs of an application. A stainless steel enclosure for operating elements can be added to the side of the panel PC housing. This enclosure can be configured with switches, warning lights, emergency shutdown switches, up to six intrinsically safe or up to four flameproof industrial keyboards. Power supplies and data switches are also available.
