Funktion

Das Motor-Überdruckkapselungs-/Spülsystem Bebco EPS® 6100 der Serie Ex pxb, Zone 1, besteht aus folgenden Komponenten in einem IP66-Gehäuse: Steuereinheit und Benutzerschnittstelle, eigensichere und Stromversorgungsklemmen, manuelles Druckventil und elektropneumatisches Ventil für automatische Spülung und Leckageausgleich.

Die konfigurierbare Steuereinheit verfügt über einen Temperatur- und Druckausgleich, einen zusätzlichen Ausgang für Steuerung oder Alarm, zwei wählbare eigensichere Eingänge für verschiedene Aktionen und bis zu drei Temperatursensoreingänge, die verschiedene Punkte in einem Motorgehäuse überwachen können. Die eigensichere Benutzerschnittstelle kann auch in einem separaten Gehäuse in der Nähe des Bedienpersonals installiert werden, um einen schnellen Zugriff und eine einfache Systemüberwachung zu ermöglichen. Das Überdruckkapselungs-/Spülsystem 6100 kann auch zum Spülen und Schützen großer Gehäuse verwendet werden, die einen hohen Mengenstrom erfordern.
